Chandler and his amazing team completed a complete bathroom remodel with new layout for our family. They also placed a new metal roof on our home and completed yard preparation for installation of a new above ground pool. The workmanship was excellent. The team was prompt and efficient. We hired Southern Ohio Renovations in February 2023 to do some upgrades at our house with the primary goal of two total bathroom remodels, some upgrades to our detached garage, and install corrugated pipe in a ditch line that runs along our property. I cannot say enough positive words about how well everything went and how absolutely pleased we are with everything! We then hired Southern Ohio Renovations again in February 2024 to further some upgrades such as installing LVP flooring, electrical work in our garage, replace a bay window, replace back door and storm door, and various other small things. Again we have been more than pleased with everything that has been done this year. Chandler has the skill set to do absolutely anything you need done, he goes to extraordinary levels to make sure everything is top notch for his clients. I will never hire anyone else to work on my house! I plan to hire Chandler and his company to do more stuff next year. If you are on the fence about hiring Southern Ohio Renovations go ahead and move forward with hiring them, you will not be sorry.
